Frágil foi vocalista dos Senisga, banda punk de Trás-os-Montes nos anos 80 e na década de 90 das bandas punk rock portuenses Speedtrack e Renegados de Boliqueime.
Actualmente, faz parte dos Motornoise, banda que se mantém no activo.
